Respiration buffer tablets are for use with the Glycolysis Stress Test Complete Assay Kit (ab222946), Glycolysis Assay [Extracellular acidification] (ab197244) and Glycolysis Stress Test Companion Assay (ab222945).
Glycolysis Stress Test Complete Assay Kit (ab222946) offers a complete solution to measure glycolytic characterization at user-defined glucose concentrations in live cells using conventional fluorescence plate readers. ab222946 combines Glycolysis Assay [Extracellular acidification] (ab197244) and Glycolysis Stress Test Companion Assay (ab222945) in one practical kit for single purchase.
Reconstituting this tablet gives you the low buffering media used in the Glycolysis assay.
Reconstitute a Respiration Buffer tablet in 50 mL of water, warm to assay temperature (37 °C), adjust pH to approx. pH 7.4, and filter sterilize using a 0.22 µm filter
The dry material should be stored at room temperature and the reconstituted and filter sterilized product can be stored between +2 to +8 °C.
