SDS-PAGE of reduced ab174041 stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The protein migrates as 180-220 kDa due to glycosylation. Two main fragments are visible with apparent molecular weight of 69-73 kDa and 46-48 kDa as a result of its being prone to proteolytic cleavage.
