SDS-PAGE - Recombinant human IL-21R protein (Fc Chimera Active) (ab185250)ab185250 on SDS-PAGE under reducing (Lane 1) and non-reducing (Lane 2) conditions. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. As a result of glycosylation, the protein migrates as 60-70 kDa under reducing conditions and 120-130 kDa under non-reducing conditions.
