SDS-PAGE - Recombinant human htrA4 protein (ab134444)Hydrolysis of ß-Casein by ab134444. ß-Casein (0.19 mg/ml) was incubated in 50 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 150 mM NaCl, 0.5 mM CaCl2 with or without HtrA4 (43.7 µg/ml). After indicated time intervals 4 µl aliquots of the reaction mixtures were withdrawn and analyzed by SDS-PAGE.
