Biological activity
Assay Conditions:
50 µl reaction mix (1x HMT Assay Buffer 5, and 5-1000 ng ab196401) is added to wells coated with the substrate (black plate). Incubate at room temperature for 1 hour. Add antibody against methylated R3 residue of histone H4, incubate 1 hour. Add secondary HRP-labeled antibody and incubate 30 min. Finally, add HRP chemiluminescent substrates and read luminesence. -
