Negative control for clathrin inhibitor Pitstop® 2-100 (ab144650). Structurally related to Pitstop® 2-100 but unable to associate with the clathrin terminal domain. No effect on clathrin-mediated endocytosis (CME) of transferrin or major histocompatibility complex 1 (MHCI) uptake.

Handling
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day.
