Flow Cytometry - PerCP Anti-CD48 antibody [341] (ab275666)
Flow cytometric analysis of CD48 expression on spleen lymphocytes. BALB/c splenocytes were treated with a mouse BD Fc Block purified anti-CD16/CD32 mAb 2.4G2 and stained with ab275666 at 10 µl/Test. The histogram were derived from the gated events based on light scattering characteristics of lymphocytes.
