Flow cytometric analysis of THP1 (human monocytic leukemia cell line) cells labeling MCP3 with ab275657 (Black) compared with isotype control (Grey). The cells were treated according to manufacturers manual. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
