Flow Cytometry - PE Anti-IL-2 Receptor alpha antibody [7D4] (ab24933)
Ab24933, at a concentration of 0.1µg for 106 cells, staining CD25 in cells from BALB/c Mouse spleen that had been activated by PMA (10 ng/ml) and ionomycin (400 ng/ml) for 48 hours. Stained cells were then analyzed on a flow cytometer.
