Flow Cytometry - PE Anti-GOLPH2 antibody [024] (ab275598)
Flow cytometric analysis of GOLPH2 expression in HeLa (Human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) cells. The cells were treated according to manufacturer's manual, and then stained with ab275598 at 10 µl/Test. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
