NADH Assay Kit (Fluorometric, High Sensitivity) (ab234049) provides a highly sensitive method to detect low level NADH in a variety of samples including animal tissues, adherent or suspension cells and enzymatic reactions. The NADH Enzyme Mix specifically recognizes NADH (not NADPH) at levels less than 8nM in the enzyme reaction.
