Mouse CCL27 ELISA Kit (CTACK) (ab202406) is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of CCL27 (CTACK) protein in cell culture supernatant, cit plasma, edta plasma, hep plasma, and serum. It uses our proprietary SimpleStep ELISA® technology. Quantitate Mouse CCL27 (CTACK) with 9.3 pg/ml sensitivity.
SimpleStep ELISA® technology employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time. Notes
CCL27 is a chemotactic factor that attracts skin-associated memory T-lymphocytes, and binds to CCR10. It may play a role in cell migration during embryogenesis, and may mediate lymphocyte homing to cutaneous sites. Nuclear forms of CCL27 may facilitate cellular migration by inducing cytoskeletal relaxation. There is evidence that CCL27 is strongly upregulated in atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, and psoriasis skin lesions.

The 1X dilution was 3.13% for mouse serum, 6.25% for citrate and EDTA plasma, and 1.56% for heparin plasma. Interpolated data values (mean +/- SD, n = 2) are graphed.

A blank cell culture media control was also analyzed, and was negative. The 1X dilution was 100% for both the stimulated and unstimulated supernatants. Interpolated data values (mean +/- SD, n = 2) are graphed.
