Human TFF3 ELISA Kit (ab233617) is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of TFF3 protein in cell culture supernatant, cit plasma, edta plasma, hep plasma, saliva, serum, and urine. It uses our proprietary SimpleStep ELISA® technology. Quantitate Human TFF3 with 1.3 pg/ml sensitivity.
SimpleStep ELISA® technology employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time. Interpolated concentrations of native TFF3 in human serum and plasma samples.The concentrations of TFF3 were measured in duplicates, interpolated from the TFF3 standard curves and corrected for sample dilution. Undiluted samples are as follows: serum 2.5%, plasma (citrate) 2.5%, plasma (heparin) 2.5%, and plasma (EDTA) 2.5%. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean Trefoil Factor 3 concentration was determined to be 5.4 ng/mL in serum, 3.5 ng/mL in plasma (citrate), 5.9 ng/ml in plasma (heparin), and 7.1 ng/ml in plasma (EDTA).

Interpolated concentrations of native TFF3 in human saliva, urine, and cell culture supernatant samples.The concentrations of TFF3 were measured in duplicates, interpolated from the TFF3 standard curves and corrected for sample dilution. Undiluted samples are as follows: saliva 1: 4,000, urine 1: 800, and HT-29 supernatant 8%. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean Trefoil Factor 3 concentration was determined to be 412.4 ng/ml in saliva, 136.9 ng/ml in urine, and 1.6 ng/mL in HT-29 supernatant.

Serum from ten individual healthy human male donors was measured in duplicate.Interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean TFF3 concentration was determined to be 7.4 ng/mL with a range of 4.8 – 13.1 ng/mL.
