Human Colipase ELISA Kit (ab230937) is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of Colipase protein in cit plasma, edta plasma, hep plasma, serum, tissue homogenate, urine, and cell culture supernatant. It uses our proprietary SimpleStep ELISA® technology. Quantitate Human Colipase with 3 pg/ml sensitivity.
SimpleStep ELISA® technology employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time. The concentrations of Colipase were measured in duplicates, interpolated from the Colipase standard curves and corrected for sample dilution. Undiluted samples are as follows: serum 10%, plasma (citrate) 3.1%, plasma (heparin) 10%, plasma (EDTA) 6.3%, and urine 25%. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean Colipase concentration was determined to be 2684 pg/mL in serum, 5049 pg/mL in plasma (citrate), 2526 pg/ml in plasma (heparin), 3666 pg/ml in plasma (EDTA), and 613 pg/mL in urine.

The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean Colipase concentration was determined to be 243 pg/mL in human pancreas homogenate extract at this loading.
