Human CAMK2B ELISA Kit (ab234572) is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of CAMK2B protein in cell culture extracts and tissue extracts. It uses our proprietary SimpleStep ELISA® technology. Quantitate Human CAMK2B with 1.28 ng/ml sensitivity.
SimpleStep ELISA® technology employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time. The concentrations of CAMK2B were measured in duplicate and interpolated from the CAMK2B standard curve and corrected for sample dilution. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean CAMK2B concentration was determined to be 200 ng/mL in SH-SY5Y cell extract, 64 ng/mL in HEK293T cell extract, 52 ng/mL in MCF-7 cell extract, 76 ng/mL in A431 cell extract and 13 ng/mL in A20 cell extract.

The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean CAMK2B concentration was determined to be 37 ng/mL in human brain tissue extract.
