cGMP- and cAMP-dependent kinases inhibitor. Inhibits the activity of PKG (Ki = 0.48 µM) and PKA (Ki = 1.2 µM). Also inhibits PKC (Ki = 15 µM) and myosin-light chain kinase (MLCK; Ki = 68 µM) activity. -
