Flow Cytometry - FITC Anti-RhoA antibody [036] (ab275634)
Flow cytometric analysis of RhoA in HeLa (Human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) cells. The cells were treated according to manufacturers manual, and then stained with ab275634 at 10 µl/Test. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
