Flow Cytometry - FITC Anti-Peroxiredoxin 6 antibody [03] (ab275713)
Flow cytometric analysis of HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) cells labeling Peroxiredoxin 6 with ab275713 (Black) compared with an isotype control (Grey). The cells were treated according to manufacturers manual. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
