Flow cytometric analysis of HEK-293 (Human epithelial cell line from embryonic kidney) cells transfected with plasmid DNA of H7N9 (A/Anhui/1/2013) Hemagglutinin using ab281950 at 0.1 mg/ml (black) compared to an isotype control (gray).
