Biological description
Far red / near-infrared emitting dye alkyne for Click Chemistry labeling. Analog of Cy5.5® alkyne. Can be conjugated with azido groups under mild copper catalyzed Click Chemistry conditions. Soluble in organic solvents, but mixtures of water with small percent of DMSO can be used for efficient conjugation.
