Yellow emitting thiol mono-reactive fluorescent dye. Used for labeling of proteins and peptides containing cysteine residues, as well as other thiolated molecules. Cysteines should be reduced with TCEP (tris-carboxyethylphosphine) or other appropriate reductant prior to the labeling.
