In addition, positive control antibodies and negative control PCR primers are included for your convenience and assurance of result sensitivity and specificity.

This kit protocol has been optimized for ChIP-seq on an Illumina® Next-Gen sequencer. The recommended amount of starting material for the Illumina® sample prep is 10-20 ng of IP’d DNA.
