Potent Cdc7 and Cdk9 kinase inhibitor (IC50 values are 10 and 34 nM for Cdc7 in the presence of 1.5 µM ATP and Cdk9 respectively). Induces apoptosis in cancer cell lines. Shows synergistic antitumor effects in vivo with 5-fluorouracil (ab142387). -
