Anti-oxidant and anticancer agent (IC50 values are 9 and 82 μM for LPS-stimulated NO production and MCF-7 cellsrespectively). Inhibits NFκB and COX-2 induction. Targets PI3K/Akt and apoptotic related proteins. ERα and ARα antagonist. Shows antitumor effects in vivo. Orally active. -
