Flow Cytometry - APC Anti-alpha 1 Fetoprotein antibody [35] (ab275573)
Flow cytometric analysis of HepG2 (human liver hepatocellular carcinoma cell line) cells labeling alpha 1 Fetoprotein with ab275573 (Black) compared with isotype control (Grey). The cells were treated according to manufacturers manual. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
