Immunofluorescent analysis of 100% Methanol fixed LoVo (human colorectal adenocarcinoma epithelial cell) cells labeling TEM8/ATR with ab241067 at 1/100 dilution (Green), followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) (ab150077) secondary antibody at 1/1000 dilution. Confocal image showing cytoplasmic and plasma membrane staining in LoVo cells.
The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue). Tubulin is detected with Anti-alpha Tubulin antibody [DM1A] - Microtubule Marker (Alexa Fluor® 594) (ab195889) (red) at 1/200 dilution.
Secondary antibody only control: Used PBS instead of primary antibody, secondary antibody is Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) (ab150077) secondary antibody at 1/1000 dilution.
PFA fixation is not recommended due to weak staining on LoVo cells.

Immunohistochemical analysis of 10% neutral-buffered formalin Mammary fat pad of TEM8/ATR wildtype (WT) or knockout (KO) athymic nude mice transplanted with HT29 human colon tumor tissue labeling TEM8/ATR with ab241067 at 1/60 dilution, followed by a Biotin anti-rabbit IgG secondsry antibody. Positive staining in stromal cells of transplanted HT29 human colon tumor growing in TEM8/ATR wildtype (WT) athymic nude mice is observed.
