    Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% Triton X-100 permeabilized Strep tag-GFP transfected 293T cells labelling Strep Tag with ab252885 at 1/250 dilution (3.808µg/ml), followed by ab150160 Goat Anti-rat IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 594) antibody at 1/1000 (2µg/ml) dilution (Green). Confocal image showing nuclear and cytoplasmic staining in HEK-293T cells transfected with GFP-tagged GluN1 zeta-1 expression vector. The nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue).

    Strep Tag was immunoprecipitated from HEK-293T transfected with GFP expression vector containing a strep tag whole cell lysate with ab252885 at 1/30 dilution (31.733µg/ml) (2µg in 0.35mg lysates). Western blot was performed on the immunoprecipitate using ab252885 at 1/1000 dilution. Goat Anti-rat IgG (H+L), HRP) (ab205720) was used at 1/10000 dilution.

    Lane 1: HEK-293T transfected with GFP expression vector containing a strep tag whole cell lysate 10µg.

    Lane 2: ab252885 IP in HEK-293T transfected with GFP expression vector containing a strep tag whole cell lysate.

    Lane 3: Rat monoclonal IgG2b instead of ab252885 in HEK-293T transfected with GFP expression vector containing a strep tag whole cell lysate.

    Blocking and dilution buffer and concentration: 5% NFDM/TBST.

    Exposure time: 1 second.
