SMC3 was immunoprecipitated from HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) whole cell lysate with 5 μg ab228782. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab228782. Anti-rabbit IgG was used as secondary antibody.
