Immunocytochemistry - Anti-Serum Amyloid P antibody (ab279575)
Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% Triton X-100 permeabilized and 10% serum blocked HeLa cells stained for Serum Amyloid-P/APCS using ab279575 at 1/1000 dilution at 4℃ overnight, followed by Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to Nucleus.
Secondary antibody only control: Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor® 488). The nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue).
