    why is the actual band size different from the predicted?



    Lanes 1 - 3: Green - ab273436 observed at 200kDa.

    ab273436 was shown to react with SARS spike glycoprotein S1 in western blot. Membranes were blocked in 3% milk before incubation with ab273436 overnight at 4°C at 1 µg/ml. Blots were incubated with Goat anti-Mouse IgG H&L (IRDye® 800CW) preabsorbed (ab216772) secondary antibody at 1 in 20000 dilution for 1 hour at room temperature before imaging.
