    Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence analysis of Neuro-2a (mouse neuroblastoma neuroblast) labeling RPS3 with ab128995 at 1/100 dilution. ab150077, Goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor® 488) at 1/1000 was used as the secondary antibody. Cells were fixed with 100% Methanol. ab195889, Anti-alpha Tubulin antibody [DM1A] - Microtubule Marker (Alexa Fluor® 594) at 1/00 was used as counterstain. Nuclei were stained blue with DAPI.
