Recognizes human Rho(C) antigen of the Rhesus system system of blood typing. Anti-RhoC variants reactivity: R1R2, R1RZ, R1wR1w, R1wr, rwr, Cw, R1wR1x, Cx, rsr. Does not crossreact with other Rhesus antigens. The immunogen (RhoC) bears no relationship to the RhoC-GTPase which is an oncogenic protein (RHOC). The clone number has been updated from (1V008) to (109) both clone numbers name the same antibody clone. -
