Nuclear counterstain: Hoechst 33342 (blue). Phalloidin, a cytoskeleton marker, was labeled at 1/200 dilution (red).

Immunoprecipitation - Anti-RFC1 antibody - C-terminal (ab229229)RFC1 was immunoprecipitated from HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) whole cell extract with 4 µg of ab229229. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab229229 at 1/1000 dilution. Anti-Rabbit IgG was used as a secondary reagent.
Lane 1: HeLa whole cell extract 35 µg.
Lane 2: 4 µg preimmune Rabbit IgG instead of ab229229 in HeLa whole cell extract.
Lane 3: ab229229 IP in HeLa whole cell extract.
