Immunocytochemistry analysis of SH-SY5Y cells labelling Profilin 2 with ab191054 at 5 µg/mL overnight at 4°C.. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent and the cells were blocked with 10% goat serum. DyLight®488 Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (BA1127) was used as secondary antibody at 1:100 dilution and incubated for 30 minutes at 37°C. The section was counterstained with DAPI. Visualize using a fluorescence microscope and filter sets appropriate for the label used.

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue staining Profilin 2 with ab191054 at 1µg/ml, followed by a biotinylated goat anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody. Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed in citrate buffer (pH6, epitope retrieval solution) for 20 mins The tissue section was developed using Strepavidin-Biotin-Complex (SABC) with DAB as the chromogen.

Flow Cytometry analysis of A431 cells labeling Profilin 2 with ab191054 (1μg/1x106 cells), DyLight®488 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (5-10μg/1x106 cells) was used as secondary antibody (blue). Isotype control antibody was rabbit IgG (1μg/1x106) (green). An unlabelled samples was used as a second control (red). The cells were blocked with 10% normal goat serum
