Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-Procollagen Type 1 antibody [M-58] (ab64409) This image is courtesy of an Abreview submitted by Ross Benikab64409 staining Procollagen Type 1 in Human skin tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - formaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with 10% NBF and blocked with 0.25% serum for 15 minutes at 25°C ; enzymatic antigen retrieval using Proteinase K was performed. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/800 in serum free antibody diluent) for 30 minutes at 25°C. A Biotin-conjugated Rabbit anti-rat IgG polyclonal (1/400) was used as the secondary antibody. -

Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 10% serum for 10 minutes at 25°C; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in a citrate buffer. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100) for 14 hours at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated goat anti-rat IgG polyclonal (1/100) was used as the secondary antibody. Red - Immune Marker, Blue - DAPI.
