Flow cytometric analysis of PPM1A expression on Jurkat (human T cell leukemia cell line from peripheral blood) cells. The cells were treated according to manufacturer's manual, stained with ab277136 at 1/25 dilution, then a FITC-conjugated second step antibody (Black). Cells were also staibed with an isotype control (Grey). The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.

Immunofluorescence staining of PPM1A in MCF7 (human breast adenocarcinoma cell line) cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilized with 1% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with ab277136 at 1/60 at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor^® 488-conjugated Goat Anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
