Flow cytometric analysis of Mouse thymocytes labeling Poliovirus Receptor/PVR (Red) using ab252857 at 1.002 μg/mL followed by Goat anti rat IgG (Alexa Fluor® 488, ab150157) at 1/2000 dilution. A Rat monoclonal IgG (Black) was used as an isotype control, Cells without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody (Blue). Gated on viable cells.
This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol, and sodium azide (ab252857).
