    Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence analysis of SK-OV-3 (human ovarian cancer epithelial cell) cells labeling PAX8 with purified ab227707 at 1:50 (8.1 µg/ml). Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100.
