Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-PACT (PKR activating protein) / PRKRA antibody (ab238734)HepG2 (human liver hepatocellular carcinoma cell line) cells stained for PACT (PKR activating protein) / PRKRA (green) using ab238734 at 1/266 dilution in ICC/IF. Secondary antibody is Alexa Fluor® 488-congugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L). The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (Blue).
The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized tissue using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C.
