2% formaledehyde-fixed HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) cells stained for P70 S6 Kinase beta/SRK (yellow) using ab223615 at 1/50 dilution for 12 hours at 4°C in ICC/IF, followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit R-PE at 1/200 dilution for 2 hours at RT. Counterstain: DAPI (blue) nuclear stain at 1/40000 dilution for 2 hours at room temperature.

Immunoprecipitation - Anti-P70 S6 Kinase beta/SRK antibody (ab223615)P70 S6 Kinase beta/SRK was immunoprecipitated from mouse brain lysate with ab223615 at 1/100 dilution. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab223615 at 1/1000 dilution.
