Immunocytochemistry analysis of SH-SY5Y (human neuroblastoma cell line from bone marrow) cells labelling P Glycoprotein with ab202976 at 1/100 dilution. Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with Triton X-100 at room temperature for 20 minutes. Normal goat serum was used as the blockng buffer at 37°C for 20 minutes. Primary incuabtion was for 90 minutes at 37°C followed by a FITC conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG secondary antibody at 37°C for 90 minutes (green). Nuclear DNA was labelled with DAPI (blue).
