    Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human fetal kidney tissue labeling OATP5A1 using ab191412 at 1/100 dilution (10μg/mL).  A Ready to use HRP Polymer for Rabbit IgG (prediluted) was used as secondary. Counterstain: Hematoxylin. Inset image: negative control obtained using PBS instead of ab191412.

    Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
