NOSIP was immunopreciptated from HEK-293T (Human epithelial cell line from embryonic kidney transformed with large T antigen) whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded prepared using NETN lysis buffer) using ab241397 at 6 µg per reaction. Western blot was perfomred on the immunoprecipitate using ab241397 at 1 µg/mL.
Lane 1: ab241397 IP in HEK-293T whole cell lysate.
Lane 2: Control IgG.Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
