Neuron specific beta III Tubulin was immunoprecipitated from SK-N-SH (human neuroblastoma cell line) whole cell extract with 5 μg ab229590. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab229590. Anti-rabbit IgG was used as a secondary antibody.
