Purified ab77232 staining Myoglobin in Human cardiac muscle tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in a Tris/EDTA buffer (ab93684 Tris/EDTA buffer, pH 9.0). Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/1000). A HRP-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (ready to use) was used as the secondary antibody. Counterstained with Hematoxylin.

Purified ab77232 staining Myoglobin in the C2C12 (mouse myoblasts myoblast) cell line by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with methanol.
