Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-Mitofusin 2 antibody [N153/5] (ab186317)

ab186317 staining Mitofusin 2 in the Human Neuroblastoma cell line (C) by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with4% formaldehyde for 15 minutes at room temperature. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100) for 1 hour at room temperature. An ATTO 488-conjugated Goat anti-mouse polyclonal was used as the secondary antibody (1/100).
