    4% formaldehyde-fixed SK-N-BE (human neuroblastoma cell line) cells stained for Metabotropic Glutamate Receptor 5b (green) using ab236530 at 1/100 dilution, followed by Goat Anti-Mouse ATTO 488 at 1/200 dilution in ICC/IF. The nuclear counterstain is DAPI (blue). Actin is detected with Phalloidin Texas Red F-Actin stain (red). The merged image is shown in panel D. Localization shoen in Cell Membrane, Cytoplasm, and Nucleus.
