General notes
Recombinant multiclonals are a mixture of recombinant antibodies co-expressed from a library of heavy and light chains.
Recombinant multiclonal antibodies offer the sensitivity of polyclonal antibodies by recognising multiple epitopes, along with consistency of a recombinant antibody.

Western blot analysis was performed on nuclear extracts (30 μg lysate) of HCT 116 (human colorectal carcinoma cell line) (Lane 1), COS7 (African green monkey kidney fibroblast-like cell line) (Lane 2), A431 (human epidermoid carcinoma cell line) (Lane 3), HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) (Lane 4), HepG2 (human liver hepatocellular carcinoma cell line) (Lane 5) and A549 (human lung carcinoma cell line) (Lane 6).
The blots were probed with ab277804, 1-2 μg/mL and detected by chemiluminescence using a Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)-HRP secondary antibody, (0.4 μg/mL, 1/2500 dilution).
4-12% Bis-Tris gel.
The membrane was probed with the relevant primary and secondary antibody following blocking with 5% skimmed milk. Chemiluminescent detection was performed.
