Anti-KLF5 antibody (ab230861) at 1/1000 dilution + CCRF-CEM (Human T cell lymphoblast cell line) cell lysate at 35 µg
Predicted band size: 51 kDa
-
Flow cytometric analysis of HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) cells labeling KLF5 (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

4% paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% Triton X-100 permeabilized U-251 MG (human brain glioma cell line) cells labeling KLF5 (green) using ab230861 at 1/10 dilution in ICC/IF.
For secondary antibody, Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody was used (1/400, 50 min at 37°C). Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with Alexa Fluor 555 (red) conjugated Phalloidin (7 units/ml, 1 h at 37°C). Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue) (10 µg/ml, 10 min).

Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue stained for KLF5 using ab230861 at 1/10 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis.
