Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human mesothelioma tissue labeling ITLN1 with ab252927 at 1/2000 dilution, followed by a ready to use Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP). Positive staining in human mesothelioma (PMID: 22768319, 28394802) is observed. Counterstained with hematoxylin.

Secondary antibody only control: Used PBS instead of primary antibody, secondary antibody is a ready to use Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP).

Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval using ab93684 (Tris/EDTA buffer, pH 9.0).

Exposure time: 180 seconds

The actual band size higher than predicted mainly due to glycosylation. The molecular weight observed is consistent with what has been described in the literature (PMID: 11313366, PMID: 20628387).

This blot was developed using a higher sensitivity ECL substrate.
